Lately, the parsonage has been filled with life, as Father Moore regularly invites over the town’s elite for political discussions. At first, he was hesitant whether it would be proper to extend the invitation to Lady Harlowe, but the young woman has proven to be a veritable, albeit unconventional, conversational partner. She also insisted on bringing her young servant along, and the priest is thankful for the help young Hilda provides- although her solemn temper and fatalistic disposition strike him as a bit worrying. The company is a mixed blessing, too.
