Ah, College! (I’ve added Academie Le Tour as the university for Viper Canyon, mostly because I’ve never played this hood)

After the Students Council raised the housing fee, many of the students living off campus decided to move back into the dorms. This is the New Plaza Dormitory which houses Delilah O’Feefe, Roxie and Edwin Sharpe, Jonah Powers, Mitch Indie and Max Flexor. Drama and hilariousity ensues.
