That’s just my mod, though! I would guess that about 2/3 of the residential houses are inhabited. And it was a thriving neighbourhood. I played it a lot!

Funny thing: he’s a very conflicted Sim in my game. He loves his wife (and continuously rolls wants about her), but also rolls “typical” Romance Sim wants.

University woes

So, first of all, our teaching department managed to not admit anyone to any courses of one of their module (an error in the system prompted that gem) and then I get admitted into one of the courses I specifically told the admin software I can’t attend… I should have transferred to another university for my master’s degree.

(Seriously, ever since we switched our administrative software things have been weird.)

PSA

So I managed to slice open my finger while cutting frozen minced meat (the plastic wrap somehow ended up inside of the meat blob and stuck to it, so I tried to cut it out: bad idea). One tetanus shot later, I’ve learned my lesson. Let your meat thaw before trying to cook with it. Also, raw minced meat is highly infectious. Just… don’t slice minced meat.

Also: it’s not anaemia. It’s fatigue due to being overworked (I study full time and have been the main caretaker of a close family member for the past four years. So it might have been imminent. Still sucks), so I’ll likely stay quite-ish for a little while longer.

Anyway, I’m probably off to bed now. (who am I kidding)

I’m sorry I’m so quiet lately (expect from my scheduled posts) and even more of a lurker than normally. I’m currently very tired and just don’t have the energy to engage (it’s likely due to anaemia). Will try to do better as soon as I feel better, but for now, I just can’t.

Again, I apologise for being so quiet (but to be fair, I think everyone is a bit quiet every now and then due to a lot of different issues).

So, I’m still having issues with my gaming PC and the Sims (I suspect it’s the ‘new’ graphics card I got as a replacement for the one that died a few months ago- it’s ancient). Additionally, I’m spending a lot of time at my boyfriend’s place (since I didn’t have a lot of time during the last term). So, for now, I’ll have to put all of my current neighbourhoods on hold. But fear not! I will still post some stuff. I set up a low CC Sims game on my bf’s PC and I’m going to play it for the summer (you’ve already seen a few snaps from that game). So expect some random stuff over the next few weeks.
