Yes, it is by nepheris. It’s called “Maple Lake” and you can find it on modthesims.

It does, right? It’s usually “hit and miss” when I try to decorate my neighbourhoods (that’s probably why I’m such a fan of desert neighbourhoods. XD) but I’m really glad about how it turned out!

The Sim or the animation? Either way, I agree with you. There’s something about Erin that I like (maybe the “sister of mad scientist is a bit of a ditzy blonde and wannabe psychic”?) and I didn’t remember how much I loved the animations.
