Cyd Roselands ans his dog Porthos lives in the worse part of town, a little trailer park right next to the factories. He has some neighbors over and gets along swiftly with Mary Gavigan, which seems to have some serious problem. As well as Samantha Ottomas.

The Picasos, a newly-wed military couple, are enjoying their first day in their new home. While Matthew is content with his work, Jessica would actually prefer if he would drop out of the military together with her and start a more safe job, especially because she wants to have a bazillion of kids.

Because Peter is busy at work (and climbing the career ladder) and Samantha is- well pregnant-, little Tommy is practically raised by his grandmother Dora discovers that she isn’t as young as she used to be and that all this is taking a toll on her sleeping schedule.
