Actually, Joe had a pretty secure job as a junior executive- or so he thought. After a bunch of layoffs, Joe found himself without a job and, in light of the current job market, decided it was time to move on. Living in a small town is much cheaper, and until he gets back on his feet, the small newsstand should provide a sufficient source of income.
Schlagwort: sims 2
Joe is an excellent salesperson and is quite successful on his first day working.
A few blocks down right in the heart of town lives “that yuppie” Joe Carr, owner of a small newsstand in one of the two Middleground parks.
Early in the morning, Brandon closes the bar and heads home to get some well-deserved sleep.
The opening night’s slow. The only guests that show up are this weird yuppie and some reporter guy that looks like he’s trying to blend in with his surroundings.
Just after 7 pm, Brandon walks the few steps down the driveway and opens up “The Old Scotsman” for the first time.
Due to Brandon owning a bar/pub, he actually spends most of his day sleeping, only rising when the sun sets…
Off to the “downtown” of Middleground (if you can call a bunch of parks, some houses, a museum and a bar that).
In this house lives Brandon Lillard, entrepreneur extraordinaire. Just like most of the other new inhabitants of Middleground, he doesn’t quite know what made him move to the goddamn middle of nowhere or what made him spend all his money on building a bar, but he’s going to make it work!
Goodnight, Ivy. See you next round (when I’ll hopefully know what to do with you…)
In the evening, Christy drops by and the two chat until midnight (yaaawn, Ivy is kind of boring, actually).
