Are you talking about @gonewodwo because I loved her desiderata valley. It’s the only time I’ve ever been interested in any of the later ep sims and I’m still hoping she’ll come back to us

YEEEEES! That’s the one I was thinking about. I mean, the neighborhoods shipped with the later EPs weren’t bad, per se… It’s just- I don’t know. Desiderata is both home to Natasha Una, “the woman who made Grilled Cheese great again” and the infamous “will this man get fat and loose his wife, lol” storyline. @gonewodwo made Desiderata seem fun, @didilysims Desiderata is colorful, cute and fun to read, I really love what @holleyberry did with Shannon Wirth in her Dossanina story and there are a plethora of great lot makeovers by people like @meetmetotheriver . But yesterday night, I opened the game, thinking about having a little bit of fun by making a few Sims and houses over and maybe play a bit and halfway through the Joque house I quit, because it felt like a chore and I had no idea what to do with the Sims. Kind of sad.

I thought I’d have some quick fun and play the Desiderata Valley Sims for a change… remembered why so few people play it. It just seems like EAxis gave up on this one. I mean, earlier neighbourhoods feature… interesting architectural choices, but the characters in Desiderata Valley are just so… bland.

Does anyone still remember that Apocalyptical Desiderata? Wondered/ Forgot what happened to it.

Sometimes, just sometimes, Komei needs a break from that cheery, bubbly Sim that his roommate is. Today is one of them. (I’m actually surprised that grumpy old Komei gets along with Remington. He usually manages to autonomously insult Sims during their first visit)
