Sometimes, if I really like the couple and they are still head over heels into each other, I let them change their turn-ons. Let’s pretend it’s couple counselling. But if they don’t, I break them up/divorce them. It adds a little bit of drama to my gameplay.

Nah, it’s all good. That old posts thing was just… dunno, life is pretty hectic right now (I’m preparing for my fourth year of college- three year’s the norm, but I switched after two- I’m now studying secondary education) and I kind of get the urge to clean something- and my whole house was already squeaky clean, my poor old tumblr became the victim. XD But as I said, nothing important to me was deleted.

Probably the illusion. It’s just a beautiful picture, you don’t have to get invested in it to appreaciate it.

Most of my animals lately only had one puppy/kitten per litter. But as long as you don’t want to earn money by selling them (*shakes fist at game*), it’s kind of nice.

Oh no! Don’t think that I’ll stop posting whatever I want just because it is not popular (otherwise I would post neighbourhood screenshots and nothing else… XD). I’m currently trying to figure out how to post the Teens in a way that makes me happy (and to give you all a better chance to get to know them). This whole switching around just took you out of both stories. I dunno, it just annoyed me and made me feel like I was unable to tell either story properly. I’m currently debating whether to put them up on my livejournal (or something similar) true legacy/challenge style or if I’ll just move them back into my queue once my queued Middleground posts run out (which might take a while- there are currently 78 posts in my queue.)

German colleges work a bit different. Like, the college officials are the ones supposed to help you (works well 99% of the times). I will probably be able to sort it out somehow (even if that means taking the damn 4.0)- once that one official who can approve of stuff comes back from her vacation… I actually have to talk to her either way because another one of my courses is officially only open to master’s degree students. Which I took during an expedition for bachelor students only (I don’t know either…). Thank god I recently switched subjects and have another 2 terms of college in front of me (I can actually start writing my bachelor’s thesis once I got all my courses accredited. Which will be a huge help.)

I have no idea. I would say it has something to do with that (since he didn’t have any skill points and hadn’t learned how to walk yet), but everyone seems to make different experiences regarding that.

It’s for college. They are already in the loop (and the one causing trouble). They can give me a 4.0 (American (high school?) grade D) for all I care. Just let me use that one so I can write my bachelor’s thesis!

Yeah, she probably is. But she had a “Woohoo” want and quite frankly, there is no other male Sim in Middleground she feels even remotely attracted to (I’m still curious about how that 1 bolt between her and Brandon came to be) and I don’t think Remington- stuck up bastard he can be- would be willing to continue their relationship as an affair in order to fulfil that one “Woohoo” want. Don’t worry though, this was a purely casual hook up and their relationship will stay this way (no babies were made)..

I believe you can crack open the file in SimPE and manually change it’s marker? Though it might be best to message meetme about it since she’s the queen of neighborhood corruption. okay so, I did this just as a test but what should theoretically work is, you need to go into SimPE, open the neighborhood.package (inside N00X or whatever) Open the IDNO, and you’ll see two things, one is the parent name, which you’ll want to change to whatever you’re new ID is, and the other is Neighborhood Type, you’re going to want to set it to normal, and since yours was a downtown it should be set as such. Hope that helps 🙂

Thank you both for your help! Things like this always show me what a noob at SimPE I am (I can change genetics and that’s it). I changed the IDNO, but the neighbourhood still doesn’t show up. I guess I messed something up (probably playing it in its incomplete/corrupted state- although I now have to question why it showed up in neighbourhood menu in the first place). I’ll try it again with an unplayed copy and if that doesn’t work… I guess I’ll just ~~play it~~ (let’s be real: I’ll just fool around in it for a while before I get bored again and return to my other hoods) as intended? (A downtown to an empty neighbourhood)

Uhhh! That’s another very good option. So far, I’ve mercilessly deleted hairstyles, even the ones that looked just too similar to each other, compared my list to Keonis’ default replacements (I may actually keep those) and moved hair that doubled with that into my “SortedOut” folder, and FINALLY got rid of almost all redundant V1 hairstyles. And my Hair folder is now down from almost 3 GB to…. *drumroll* 900mb including defaults. (Yes, I was really desperate to get rid of all that unused hair. I only use like the same 25-40 over and over again…). I have three V1 hairstyles left, because I like them that much and just couldn’t find a V2 replacement (one’s the “Sandy” hair, the other two are a Nouk Girl Next Door Alpha Edit and Nouk’s Long Braid- we need more Nouk love, methinks).
