…but Sandy shows up late because when the car arrived, she went to make the bed… why is that uncancellable again?
Brandon is pissed off and refuses to give her another chance.

Brandon is pissed off and refuses to give her another chance.
After work, Sandy spends a relaxing afternoon at home, before she heads off to the Park, where she’s got a date with Brendon…
Work’s slow that day. Brendon and Joe are still the only Sims that ever show up on owned community lots…
And we start our next round with Sandy heading off to work after a quick chat with fellow romance sim Brandon.
Back at home, she gobbles down some burnt mac’n’cheese and then it’s off to bed.
Good night, Sandy!
In the evening, Sandy heads off to the local bar “The Old Scotsman”, for a drink. But apparently it’s closed… (note to me: turn the electronic ticket-machine around *sigh*).
So she heads off to the local park, where she meets some of the other inhabitants of Middleground. And the owner of the bar… whom she finds quite pleasing…
After closing down her shop for the day, she meets one of her immediate neighbours, Ivy, (thank plumbbob, she got the feeling that this whole town consisted of dudes only- not that she would complain, though).
At first, they get along great, but when Ivy starts talking about how consumerism is evil and must be destroyed, Sandy decides it’s time to say goodbye.
Soon, some of her new neighbours flock to the little store, including this rather odd couple…
“Remington, I swear to The Plumbbob, if you cant’ decide on what to cook tonight, I’m ordering pizza!”
“AGAIN?!”
The first action of the day: open up her little store. She still is unsure how to call her little grocery store; for now she calls it “BeeGee’s” (for Bruty’s Groceries).
Somewhere, out in the middle of nowhere…
Sandy still can’t quite believe what happened. One day, she saw that ad in the paper and just knew that deal was too good to pass up. Rising unemployment in the big city meant that it would be hard to get up back on her feet after that SimCity Llamas scandal and when she saw that a grocery store in a small town just an hour out of the city… it was almost like someone told her to.
Now she’s got a rather tall mortgage and a little corner store right in the middle of nowhere and no idea what to do with it…
