It’s not all sunshine and roses at the Broke household, though. Dustin still struggles with schoolwork.
Meet Skip Broke jr.
While the boys are away at school, Brandi invites over Darren.
“Hey, what’s wrong?”
“Ugh, I dunno. It’s just… everything. Skip’s gone, Dustin’s gone astray, bills… I- I should probably go home now.”
“Wait! Okay, listen: I know how you feel. Ever since Darleen died, things have been difficult. It’s going to get better. Trust me!”
“That’s a nice thought, but-”
“It will. Listen, feel free to come over whenever you need someone to talk to, okay?”
“Okay.”
With Cassandra busy with wedding preparations, Darren had to find a new model, and, as it turns out, Brandi is more than happy to help. She’s also a much more disciplined model than Cassandra.
They’re up in the studio all morning.
