First up is the Frost household, which consists of Ellen Frost and her college buddy Phineaus Furley. Ellen runs a “small” restaurant/bakery (originally one of shastakiss’ community lots). Some other Baskerville residents work there, too: Monica Bratford, cook (only shown from behind because her face glitches out) waitress Marla Biggs and host Castor Nova (I think that is an extremly fitting job for him!).

Look! The neighborhood I started decorating a few days ago! (We’ll see how long that lasts…)

Anyway, I plopped down some of the beautiful houses by dee-dee-sims and moved in some grown up college sims (you’ve probably figured out that I love them by now…). And now I’m trying to get a working economy up and running… Three shops, three shopowners and every job is a local one, so no Maxis careers…

It’s election year and Monica really wants that town council position. A party seems to be the easiest way to get her neighbors to vote for her.

And Guy, I believe you might be barking up the wrong tree. Stella’s too nice to reject him.

“Well, if you could stop serenading your mechanic for a while and ring up the costumers? I’m not going anywhere near that cash register again. Not after what happened last week.”

There are days where Almeric could kill his sleazy brother. This is one of them.

Roxie Sharpe is your typical ditzy romance sim. She works as a secretary in the townhall, might be a bit too obsessed with her looks, loves to go out and can be found at the local bar every weekend. But lately she’s been realising that things can’t go on like this forever- she needs to find a husband, ideally someone who’s well-off. Maybe she should start paying attention to her boss?

Guy Wrightley is really busy being the local friendly neighbor, CEO of Wrightley enterprises and part-time mayor of Baskerville. He is aware of Stellas’ attempts to pair him off with Monica and is not quite sure how he feels about it. One the one hand Monica is his sworn enemy but on the other hand she’s somewhat cute when she yells insults at him. Life can be soo tough when you’re the heir of a multi-million simoleon corporation.

DJ never grew out of college. When you enter her lot, you can usually smell some sweet odour which smells suspicially like that liquid which you can find in bubble blowers. Donna Jane, as she was named by her parents, dreams of making it big as a DJane or Party guest, but until now, she makes ends meet with helping out the Davis brothers at the scarpyard. Her father was a mechanic so fixing up some old cars shouldn’t be too hard, right?

Don’t ask Monica Bratford about her opinion on a political topic unless you got a few hours to spare. She is the embodiment of ‘Anti-’. She also thinks that she would make a better political leader than ‚this Wrightley kid’, which holds the position right now, which might be the cause of their strife. Stella ships them.

The Davis are a weird bunch. Almeric, being the owner of the local scrapyard often has a hard time bearing his brother, which is co-incidentially his employee. He likes money, tidiness and to boss his little brother around.

Aldric on the other hand, is extremly unorganised, somewhat sloppy and tends to be a pain in the neck.
