They spent basically the whole day in bed.
Look who’s walking by! Good morning, Mr Penguin!

Thanks for the tag, thesimtraveler.
1. Away in a Manger– Bing Crosby
Look who forgot to remove their Christmas playlist from their IPod…
2. Primadonna– Marina and The Diamonds
I’m actually more of a song rather than artist type of girl. Not with Marina and The Diamonds. Heard “I am not a robot” on our local radio station eight years ago and have been a fan ever since.
3. The Outsider– Marina and The Diamonds
See? (Also, she’s weirdly well-known in my country.)
4. Basket Case– Green Day
When I was still an ‘emo/goth/whatever kid’, my friends introduced me to Green Day. Lost the style, kept my taste in music (and the friends).
5. Der Teufel– Schandmaul
Yeah, good luck trying to decipher what’s going on here… I really like a lot of genres as long as I long as the song ‘captures’ my attention, I don’t care whether it’s Pop, “Deutschrock” or Bluegrass.
6. Fairytale- Alexander Rybak
European people love their Eurovision Song Contest *shrug*
7. Tune it Up #1– RENT
More rhythmic talking than singing, but hey. Since I studied Theatre Studies with emphasis on Musical Theatre for two years, my Musical/Opera playlist is pretty extensive. RENT is one of my favourite musicals for many reasons. Too many to list.
8. Santa Barbara Skies– Psych- The Musical
I’m a Psych-O.
9. Vincent – Don McLean
I originally downloaded it for my mother to be able to listen to it on long car journeys (back in… 2011?) but since have grown incredibly fond of his music. I don’t know what it is, but it really speaks to me.
10. Tanz der Vampire( Finale)– Tanz der Vampire (Dance of the Vampires)
Ha! Way to go out with a bang! Another one of my favourite musicals and the German version is actually the original one, so you can actually listen to it without cringing (ask me about the German translation of RENT, I dare you. Wrote an essay about that one once).
Also, it’s funny how your opinion of it depends on whether you watched the American Version of it (the ‘improved’ Broadway version- one of the most expensive flops of all time, and rightfully so *shudders*) or the European one.
I tag @audreysims , @squeezleprime , @cindysimblr and @littleblondesim , simply because they are the last 4 people that liked some of my posts and I’m lazy like that. Don’t feel pressured to, though.
It’s Winter’s Day! Although Sandy isn’t someone who really celebrates it, she knows exactly how she wants to spend the day (and with whom…).
Brandon eventually leaves, and Sandy spends the rest of the evening/night working out before heading to bed.
I’m a big fan of this new snow mod/overlay/ whatever you may call it. Look at how clearly you can see the snow!
In the evening, Brandon visits, as always. Those two basically live together at this point.
Back to Middleground, where Sandy Bruty has a long day of work ahead of her. She looks thrilled.
I decided to change Swan’s and Loren’s aspirations to fit their lifetime wishes (the different lifetime wishes- them being the only ones who don’t want to become a criminal mastermind- were actually the reason I chose them to ‘drop out’ of the challenge). Swan wishes to become a business mogul, so she becomes a Fortune Sim and Loren, who wants to marry off six children, becomes a Family Sim. Good luck, guys!
And then the others move to college… first, Orion, then Kestrel, Patrick and last, but not least, Tiave.
