This is a database containing all of the unbinned residential and community lots in every non-vacation TS2 neighborhood. Here you can download individual lots as Maxis made them – without cc.
The lots have been run through Clean Installer and do not contain any Sims, or gravestones/urns (for those that had them). Even so, please run any hoods you download through CI yourselves just to be safe.
This is a work in progress, so in a couple of weeks this database will be a complere resource. Thanks for your patience!

So you know the thing where Sims 2 is uuugggglllyyyy on newer graphics cards because it doesn’t recognize them, etc? And we used to have to spend ages messing with code and settings and nvidia control panels? WELL THIS IS NOW A THING. IT DOES IT ALL FOR YOU. My game literally went from a 600×800 pixel mess complete with giant black shadow boxes of doom to SO PRETTY. As soon as I finish transferring over my hoods and CC, I’ll show you just how pretty.
Oh my god! Sorry sorry I didn’t see these earlier! Thank you, katzengirl for replying to that little rant about the new tumblr feature ages ago! I’m mostly on my tablet now (it has Android), so I don’t see what kind of notifications I get. So sorry! (If I missed someone else, I’m sorry, too!)
A small and quite little hamlet by the sea, many untold stories.
Agnes Crumplebottom never thought that her life would turn out this way. Not only did she have to leave behind everything to follow the love of her life, said love, Erik died shortly after their marriage in a suspicious boat accident. The young widow is determinded to find out why her husband had to die- no matter what the cost.
Jared and Connor Frio came to the city to make it big. While Jared lives a rather carefree live, Connor has to earn the living for both of them. But he can’t help but notice that their neighbor gained a lot of weight lately. Are his brother’s careless days now numbered?
Erin Kennedy is not the type of girl who’s helpless on her own and crawls into a shell. She is perfectly fine on her own, thank you very much, and isn’t afraid to turn violent on intrusive ‘gentlemen’- something some of her male neighbors definitly agree on.
After Claire got dumped by her then-boyfriend, she was angry, after she found out she was pregnant, she panicked. She just can’t see herself as a mother, and a born loner, she highly doubts she can properly take care of a little one.
Marty and Justine- on the other hand- are excited to become parents. Both can’t imagine anything more beautiful than being a parent. But only time will tell whether the two are able to handle the stress that comes with raising a child…
Morgana and Thornton Wolff were- as it’s custom in some circles- were set up by a matchmaker. What this person thought she was doing with her rather bold choice of pairing off a goody two shoe with a reckless buiness tycoon? We might never know. The newly-weds now have to decide whether it’s worth sticking together and settle their quarrels- and if Morgana’s able to turn a blind eye on her husbands somewhat illegal activities.
Whenever I play the Sims, at one point I always end up back at plasticbox’s awesome creations and hands-down, Elsewhere with its quaint little streets is probably one of my favorite neighborhoods. (When I posted this in German, I actually babbled about the translation of Sims names for a bit- the German one is horrible-. Thankfully, they mostly left the Sims 3 names untouched)

That’s cool! I might actually start learning some new languages in college. But for now, I’m stuck with German and Englisch. It’s always so cool meeting people who can speak and/or understand more than two languages!
Ein kleines verschlafenes Hafenstädtchen, viele Geschichten. (hier in Kurzfassung. Ausführliche folgen eventuell irgendwann-dann allerdings in Englisch, damit sie alle verstehen können- so nett diese “Speak your language” Idee ist, sie ist blöd für alle, die sie nicht sprechen.)
Agnes Knautschgesicht hatte sich ihr Leben anders vorgestellt- nicht nur, dass sie der Liebe ihres Lebend folgend alles hinter sich lassen musste, nein, kurz nach ihrer Hochzeit starb Erik bei einem mysteriösen Bootsunfall. Die junge Witwe ist entschlossen, hinter das Geheimnis Eriks Tod zu kommen- koste es, was wolle!
Connor und Jared Frio sind vom Land in die Stadt geflohen, in der Hoffnung, es weit zu bringen. Während Jared eher sorglos in den Tag hineinlebt, versucht Connor, den Lebensunterhalt für beide zu erwirtschaften. Allerdings muss er feststellen, dass die junge Nachbarin in letzter Zeit einiges an Gewicht zugelegt hat. Sind die sorglosen Tage seines Bruders nun gezählt?
Erin Kennedy ist nicht der Typ Frau, der sich, auf sich allein gestellt, zurückzieht. Sie kommt sehr gut alleine klar, danke der Nachfrage, und scheut sich auch nicht, gegenüber aufdringlichen ‘Kavalieren’ handgreiflich zu werden- was einige der Nachbarn bestätigen können…
Nachdem Claire von ihrem Exfreund sitzen gelassen wurde, war sie wütend, als sie feststellen musste, dass sie schwanger ist, panisch. Sie hatte sich immer als geborene Einzelgängerin gesehen und kann sich ehrlicherweise nicht vorstellen, wie es ist, plötzlich für ein kleines Wesen verantwortlich zu sein.
Marty und Justine Keaton hingegen freuen sich auf ihr Baby. Beide können sich nichts schöneres vorstellen, als Eltern zu werden. Ob beide jedoch dem Stress, ein Kind aufzuziehen, gewachsen sind, wird sich allerdings erst mit der Zeit zeigen.
Morgana und Thornton Wolff wurden, der Sitte in ‘gewissen Kreisen’ nach, von einer Heiratsvermittlerin verkuppelt. Was auch immer diese Dame sich dabei , eine Weltverbessererin und einen skrupellosen Businesstycoon miteinander zu verheiraten, gedacht hat? Wir werden es wohl nie erfahren. Das frisch vermählte Ehepaar muss sich nun einig werden, ob es sich lohnt, ihre Differenzen zu überwinden- und ob Morgana bereit ist, über die zweifelhaften Machenschaften ihres Mannes hinwegzusehen…
(Um ehrlich zu sein, hatte ich schlimmeres bei den Namen erwartet!)
Egal, was ich mache, irgendwie bleibe ich immer an Elsewhere hängen… plasticbox hat aber auch wunderschöne Nachbarschaften gebastelt! jetzt aber erstmal schauen, wie die Sims 3-Sims auf Deutsch heißen… bestimmt komisch (ich bin um ehrlich zu sein immer noch nicht über Theodor Kappe und Olivia Speck hinweg!)

Echt nicht! Ich finde es ja immer cool, wenn Leute mehr als 2 Sprachen sprechen können! Ich kann grad mal Deutsch und Englisch (und Kirchenlatein). (Und leider spreche ich kein Wort Französisch!)
