Andrea feels a bit exhausted after the long day and invites over her friend Brandon. Nothing really happens between them, though.

Back at home, Andrea nearly burns down the stove… you’re a chef, Andrea!!!

Her first day of being the owner of the “Red Diner” was pretty successful, at least.

Andrea Hogan is a badass businesswoman trying to fulfil her dream of opening up a restaurant. So far it has only been enough to purchase a small roadside food stand, but she is sure that if she works really hard, it will be a gourmet restaurant in no time.

Joe’s certain that he’ll be back on his feet and out of this hellhole in no time.

I survived finals week… I could be playing Sims and tackle that weird “only the same customer” glitch… but no, I’ve got a cold from hell: stuffy nose, headache, joint pain and a sore throat- that’s no way to start the summer break…

Actually, Joe had a pretty secure job as a junior executive- or so he thought. After a bunch of layoffs, Joe found himself without a job and, in light of the current job market, decided it was time to move on. Living in a small town is much cheaper, and until he gets back on his feet, the small newsstand should provide a sufficient source of income.

Joe is an excellent salesperson and is quite successful on his first day working.

A few blocks down right in the heart of town lives “that yuppie” Joe Carr, owner of a small newsstand in one of the two Middleground parks.
