This is how I imagine the Sims world (aka “I could be doing something productive, but nahh”):

(There are no towns located in the Eastern District, apart from Takemizu. I guess there could be some Sims3 Towns which fit the criteria, but I’m not familar enough with these neighborhoods.)

The greater Belladonna Area and the SimCity District by the great lakes with its commuter towns Pleasantview and Bluewater Village (which I forgot to add.Woops. It’s west of SSU with access to the lake) are a bit colder than certain other parts of Sim State, Pleasantview being the warmest of them (they can grow palm trees after all). Downtown is part of SimCity, while Sim State University is located nearby and is one of few towns there withour direct access to the lakes. Belladonna Cove, while not being the capitol, is where the prosperous citizens moved to and is considered the most modern city. It’s the other big city after SimCity.

The Western District is very mild, almost subtropical . There aren’t many big towns, most Sims living there are drop outs. It’s said that there live many creative minds, the area is very cultural.

Riverblossom District and Three Lakes District are very cold for most parts (the ones at the border to the Desert obviously aren’t). Academie Le Tour is nestled in the hills of the Sim State mountains, which are part of the Verona District. The Verona and the Riverblossom Districts are great for farming purposes.

The Desert District is hot and dry. Strangetown is located there right at Sim State Highway 1, in the middle of the district. La Fiesta Tech is located south-east of it. With the scientific university not far, the area is famous for its research facilities and home to the hightech industry.

(My Viper Canyon and Sul Sula are located there, Viper Canyon north-west of Strangetown, Sul Sula on the little island)

The Eastern District is where most of the country’s things are manufactured. There are no real towns rather than little settlements around factories.

Takemizu and the Twikki Islands are mostly tourists spots right now.

(Sorry I wrote a book. I made most of it up on the spot…)
